AT ALL MEETS:

No dogs are allowed in the arena or barns. This is for the safety and fairness of all athletes.

No vendors or photographers allowed that are not previously approved and invited by the D2 Chair​
-
A vendor is anyone trying to sell or promote a specific product or service
-
If your interested in becoming a vendor, you must contact the D2 chair first for approval
-

No mounted riders on cement

At this time Sierrabreeze Photography is the only professional photographer that is allowed at meets ​

Only approved and invited photographers are allowed in the arena for the safety of the athletes

D2 teams are encouraged to hang their team banners in the arena

All teams should be present to help set up the cattle panels on Thursday evening at 7pm
STALLS:
-
Use only stalls assigned to your team
-
All stalls and aisle must be completely cleaned and checked out before you leave for home
-
Only dump dirty bedding in areas designated by venue
VOLUNTEERING:
-
Each team will be assigned multiple events to run at the meet
-
Your team must provide all the people to handle the following jobs based on the event:
-
​In Gate: Check in the athletes in the order on the list, have them enter the arena and close the gate after athlete enters arena
-
Announcer: Announce each athlete as they enter the arena listing their team, first name and number clearly

Rakers: Stand at the rail and rake arena dirt flat when directed by judge
-
Back Up Timer: Stand at rail at start line, use a stop watch and time each rider and write down the time in case the electronic eyes fail

SENIOR RECOGNITION

Each senior needs to provide a bio, around 200 word limit

Deadline for Senior bio is April 1st

There will be a grand entry

Each team will provide a rider for their flag

D2 Chair will decide process for who will carry the American, Washington and D2 flags

All guests and family will come down to arena after grand entry

All family will stay at rail of arena till their senior is called forward

Family will be able to come down into the arena and to give gifts and take pictures

Sierrabreeze will be there taking pictures of all the seniors
